Mr. Dookie has over 25 years of financial sector experience in the regional financial market. He has worked in senior management positions in Asset Management, Structuring and Advisory and Financial Consultancy. Dave began his career in Trinidad in 1999, attached to the Managing Director's office at Scotiabank Trinidad and Tobago Limited. In 2000, he was a founding member of Caribbean Money Market Brokers, responsible for fixed income, structured products and derivative trading. Subsequently, he had Group oversight at RBC Caribbean for Treasury management as the Group's Investment Manager based in the Trinidad head office. Dave was responsible for the establishment and management of 13 mutual funds at Guardian Asset Management, managing investments in North America, Europe, Asia, Pan Caribbean and BRIC countries. In 2010, he joined First Citizens Bank as Head of Structuring and Advisory. He closed structured deal transactions in excess of US$150 million and led the M&A advisory for the National Gas Company's acquisition of Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited — a deal valued at US$550 million. In 2017, Mr. Dookie founded Waterloo Capital Advisors. He holds a Master's in Finance with Merit from the University of London, a B.Sc. in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, and a Master of Laws (LL.M) with Merit from the University of Salford. He has also completed the executive Investment Management programme at Harvard Business School.

Dana is Director and Chief Operating Officer of Waterloo Capital Advisors Limited since August 2019. She is also a Registered Representative of the company with the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition to being responsible for the daily operations and progress of the company, she currently leads the development of the Financial Consultancy arm of the business. Previously, Dana spent over 15 years in the financial services sector, the majority of which at PricewaterhouseCoopers, in the audit and assurance arena. She brings extensive experience in leading statutory financial audits, regulatory and AML compliance reviews, internal controls, risk assessments, and IFRS implementation for a portfolio of top tier financial services clients in the Caribbean, including banks, mutual funds, insurance, and asset management companies. Dana is a Chartered Accountant, Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad and Tobago (ICATT).

Ryan is a founding Director of the company, passionate about business development and organizational procedures. He works with the on-boarding team to ensure clients have an impressionable first experience and maintains confidence in the firm. Ryan is a member of the Investment Committee and registered as a Broker for the firm with the Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission. His focus is on the Finance operations of Waterloo Capital Advisors. Mr. Parrage has guided the business from the early days, developing the financial and accounting reporting systems. He has championed major business development initiatives and continues to be actively engaged in redefining the firm's strategy. He is an advocate of social impact and sustainable investing. Mr. Parrage is the Finance Director of DRI Shipping and Storing Consultancy Limited, with over 15 years of experience in the trading business. Ryan has a B.Sc. Accounting degree from the University of the West Indies.
